Questions and Answers For First Time Ear Seeds Users (Lesson 5)

Question:

Well, I gave this to our daughter who battles with anxiety and a little depression for her birthday in January 2018. However, I thought this would be as simple as putting a seed in the right spot for these. When I saw the booklet it looked as though more than two would be needed. Unsure about the placement and how many of these two things. Any help would be appreciated.

Answer:

For anxiety and depression, four acupressure points are recommended. We have videos on our FB page demonstrating how to place ear seeds for some of the points. You may refer to the attached file and links inside. Acupressure point, Shen Men, is the most important point for the conditions of anxiety and depression. Stimulating this point helps calm the mind and improve sleep. Start by mastering this point, then move on to the other three supporting points. In the beginning, it would be easier for you to help place the ear seeds on your daughter’s ear. Once she becomes familiar with the acupoints, she may be able to do it herself. I suggest massaging the ear seeds to further stimulate the points a few times a day.
